By Phone: You may find that the quickest and most convenient way is just to phone us. We are open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 11 PM Please have details of your credit/debit card handy if you wish to pay by card. (Should you wish to pay by some other means please see Forms of Payment below) In Person: We accept callers to our Office in North Wembley. However, since we are mainly a mail order firm please call to book an appointment to view/buy a computer. Note: Some computers (like our entry level machines are sold only via mail order). You can pay in person with cash, credit/debit card, cheque or banker's draft as detailed below. By e-mail: At the moment we do not have a secure web payment system in place. We will be happy to accept an order via the net (email), but payment for the same will have to be via the more conventional means. Forms of Payment Cash: We accept cash at our premises, or paid directly into our bank account. Please call for account details if you wish to make a bank transfer. We do not do a Cash on Delivery service except to bonafide account holders. Cheques: We accept cheques subject to clearing. To speed things up we also have a transax facility to get the cheques cleared over the phone (please ask for details). There is a surcharge of 3% for the transax facility. There is no charge if you are willing to wait till your cheque clears before we despatch your computer. Bankers Drafts: Banker's Drafts/Banker's Cheques are treated the same as cheques above. We regret that we cannot despatch goods on a banker's draft till it has cleared. Payments direct to our bank account: We accept cash, cheque and CHAPS (electronic transfers) direct into our bank account. Despatching of goods will be subject to the deposit clearing. Cash paid into our account at ANY branch of Barclays anywhere in the country will clear the same day. Please call us for order reference number prior to making any payments direct to our account. Our 14 day Money Back Guarantee We now accept Solo Cards in addition to Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch and Delta There is no surcharge on the use of the Solo card, as there is no surcharge with other debit cards (like Switch and Delta). Payment with visa and mastercard are subject to a 3% surcharge. Paying by card is a safe an reliable way of paying for your goods.
